At first, I was skeptical about the cleat system to hang this thing, but in the end, it worked well. The first time I hung the mirror it was lower on the right side. So I remove the mirror from the wall and boosted the right side, cleat slightly up and tightened it down again. After that the mirror Was level. It looks good in the space. The only concern I have is that the bottom of the mirror can come forward, which I am thinking of a solution for.

The mirror is exactly what you would expect and easy to install. We had some bathroom pipes we had to avoid so being able to install the hanging brackets at any distance and still have the mirror secure was a plus. I will say after I purchased it, it was a little lack luster in person but, it reflects so what else should I ask for

There are plenty of things I like about this mirror but there are also a few frustrating bits. PROs: the RGB backlighting is fun. My partner liked it from the start; I was skeptical at first - thought it was a gimmick - but it really has grown on me for "mood" lighting. Both the front and back light can be adjusted for color (RGB for back lighting, 3 color temperatures of the front-facing white lights) and for brightness. Installation is straightforward, using the two aluminum French cleats provided. We decided not to hardwire it for now; the power cable is flat (excellent design choice!), allowing the mirror to lay pretty flush against the wall, and the power plug is low profile (ditto!), so it doesn't look too bad extending to the power outlet underneath (though we did have to rotate the outlet 180 degrees to accommodate the fixed orientation of the plug without unsightly cable twists). We'll see about longevity, but the construction seems pretty solid. It's also been easy to clean. Now, a few CONs: The mirror is marketed as being 20" x 28", which is a little misleading: it is in fact 50cm x 70cm ≈ 19.66" x 27.56". I understand that the world outside the US uses the metric system, but this detail would have been helpful to me and possibly others, and should have been listed in the description. In addition, the border and front lights take up a lot of space on all sides, leaving a central (usable) mirror section of only 14¾" x 22¾". For comparison, our boring old mirror was 24" x 30", so this is a noticeable reduction. I do wish the front-facing light strips were thinner and pushed to the edges, to make the mirror better usable as a mirror. Next, while the RGB backlight is fun, the programmed features are rather limited: you have a choice of five or six solid colors, plus one rotating color sequence - which unfortunately looks rather frantic and choppy. It shouldn't have been complicated to program this sequence in a way that makes it appear smooth, and to include a few additional ones, e.g. slowly shifting colors, gently pulsating lights, etc. Lastly, the three touch buttons are obnoxiously large (larger than they seem in the product page!), bright, inimaginative (cheesy cliparty icons), emitting a retro (not in a good way) sci-fi blue light when off, and positioned way too close to the center or the mirror. To be fair, this seems to be the case with most LED mirrors on the market these days, but that's what makes this even more frustrating. The buttons could easily have been MUCH smaller, discretely placed, tastefully lit, understated. I almost returned the mirror upon unboxing it and plugging it in, but my partner liked it so much that I decided to keep it. I'm fine with these issues now - and WOULD recommend it to others, but if a new model were released that addresses them all while keeping the features that I do like, I would not hesitate to upgrade!

I needed a replacement mirror that could be delivered in 48 hours in 36” x 28” size. The mirror itself definitely has a kind of warped feel after removing the protective film but not terrible. If I wasn’t in a rush I would return and purchase a higher quality option. The included anchors and screws didn’t provide any size information for the required drill bit so I hung using what I already had at home. I ordered the nickel color. It was a bit darker than expected but worked.

The mirror arrived well packaged without any damages. The mirror itself is beautiful and high quality. Very easy to install. We picked black trim 36 by 32 for our 42 inch bathroom vanity. And it turned out to be great and matching other hardware accessories in the bathroom.

Easy to hang, quality product for the money.

This mirror is exactly what we needed for our smaller guest bathroom. It makes the room seem larger and brighter. Very easy to install and very sturdy. Highly recommend.

I shopped around for a 24 x 36 mirror just like this and I finally settled on this based on the price and the previous reviews and I’m glad I did. It’s seems pretty durable without being too heavy. It was very easy to hang, for reference, I’m 5ft 115 lbs and I hung it easily by myself. The instructions didn’t include the pilot hole but a 3/16 did the trick.

UPDATE: increased from 2 stars to 4 stars. The seller promptly assisted me with issue. Great customer service! The mirror somehow came with a splotch UNDERNEATH the plastic film you pull off. I was really hoping it was a worker’s smudge but I have tried cleaning it with multiple cleaners and cannot get it off. I held up black to make it easier to see in photo. Expensive, brand new mirror with a permanent stain on it.

We just wrapped up a bathroom renovation, and this gold bathroom mirror was the perfect finishing touch! The gold frame matches the rest of the hardware in the room perfectly, tying everything together for a cohesive, elegant look. The mirror arrived exactly as advertised—no surprises. The mirror size was perfect for the space, and it fit just right above the sink. It was easy to install with included hardware. What impressed me most was how well it was packaged. It came with little to no imperfections, which is always a plus when buying something delicate like this. Overall, it’s a beautiful, high-quality mirror that adds a touch of sophistication to the bathroom. If you're looking to elevate your space with something stylish and functional, I highly recommend this mirror!

TL;DR stunning, durable, well packaged, works as expected, defogger doesnt cover 100% of mirror, Install: 1st, im an electrician so powering the mirror was simple for me. All it needs is a standard plug. I actually installed a recessed outlet (aka clock outlet) so the mirror and sit more flush on the wall. BUT! they out-smarted me! and the mirror was built with a 90degree flat plug so it already sits flush against the wall! so no need for an special outlet, just a basic one works perfectly fine (keep in mind tho, if its going in a bathroom the outlet should be gfci protected per electrical code and general safety) It came with 2 mounting brackets (Z brackets) made of metal that are fastest to the wall with 2 screws each. also came with screws and drywall anchors. but throw away the anchors and screw it directly into the stud with some construction screws or lag screws (not drywall screws!) the mirror lays into the brackets and you may have to push down on the mirror a little bit to feel/hear it set in place, it doesnt have to be perfect the first time the mirror will slide of the brackets with a solid push. and thats it. super simple install. Controls: the touch buttons work perfectly, I was wearing nitrile gloves and they work with those on. (it came with white gloves too, but i didnt notice until after install) When the controls are blue, that means its off. when the main light is off, a long press and hold does something, I think locks the light off. long press and hold with the lights on is the dimming function. short press, cycles thru the light settings. I dont remember if the mirror has a memory setting, as in itll go back to its last setting after its been turned off. I think the RGBs do, but not the mirror light. Defogger: it works better than others ive had in the past, its super fast and does a really good job. BUT! it does not do the entire light, I got the 55x30 and it does the center about 24x12 ish inches worth, its enough to be usable, so not really a complaint. RGBs I leave it on the chasing effect even as a night light, its very calming to me personally. if you stare long enough you'll see each individual led. its really not a problem nor a design flaw, ive just been spoiled by my job to see perfectly uniform smooth leds without the led itself being noticable. the rgbs also dim, thats pretty rad. main light: there are 3 color temps: white, yellow, and more white. personally I can't really tell the difference between the 2 whites, but I think thats cuz of the order it cycles thru the colors so its hard to compare. either way its a nice white that really shows how handsome or ugly i am that day. Cleaning: Ive only had it for a few days so haven't needed to clean it just yet, but I suspect itll be just as any other light. what i have noticed is, it doesn't seem to collect fingerprints that much. so thats huge! Packaging: this thing was well protected. It even had big thick rub conor guards on it! totally keeping those for future use for anything. the front and back had a layer of foam along with foam around the edges. I absolutely love it
