The company reached out to me and said they would replace or refund my money. I asked for a replacement which they sent promptly. The mirror they sent was much improved. There is still noticeable distortion, but at least it’s only on the edges and not the entire mirror. Customer service was great!
This item was very easy to hang but extremely distorted. I call it my funhouse mirror because that what it looks like. If you’re looking for a quality mirror with little to no distortion, do not buy this mirror.
